Upgrading to a higher plan will take effect immediately. If you want to avoid paying overage fees you could upgrade to a higher plan before the end of the billing cycle.
Downgrading will allow you to finish the month on your current plan and the new plan will start on the next billing cycle date.
When upgrading to a new plan the cost will be prorated. This means that you will only pay for the days remaining in the month and will be charged the full amount on the start of the next Billing Cycle.
A subscription’s sending limit defines how many emails that license can send before incurring overages. Sending Limits depend on your subscription plan.
If a paid licence reaches the sending limit that site will start to incur overages. Overages fees are charged based on how many emails are sent over the sending limit. Overage rates differ based on plans and are charged per thousand emails rounded up to the nearest thousand.
Free plans cannot receive overage fees. Once a free license reaches the sending limit, emails will no longer be sent from your site
Pricing is based on how many emails you need to send per month. WP Mail Pro does not restrict features to paid plans. For more information visit Pricing Page
WP Mail Pro sends emails through a pool of shared IP addresses. Large senders who want more control over their sending reputation can purchase a fully managed Dedicated IP address. Think you might need a Dedicated IP Address Contact Us to learn more.
